Add New allows a current user to add a new user to WordPress. To add a new page select “Add New” under Users menu or next to Users as shown in this image.
Once “Add New” is selected, the “Add New User” page will be displayed. Here you can create a users username, add a existing email address, name, create their password and email them their password.
Note: Make sure “Send Password is selected to send the user their password.”
Note: You should only add a new user if they need access to WordPress.
